What shipping costs
Orders over $600 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $18, shown at checkout before you pay rather than added afterwards.
Shipping to more than one address — a remote team, several sites — is quoted separately. Send the addresses and quantities through the quote form and we will price the split rather than making you place one order per destination.
Lead times
Production starts when you approve the artwork, not when you place the order. The product page gives the lead time for that item; it is working days from approval, and it does not include transit.
If your order has a date attached, tell us the date rather than asking for a lead time. Tell us the day it has to be in your hands and we will say plainly whether it is achievable — including when the answer is no. A lead time that looks fine on paper and lands the day after your event is the single most expensive mistake in this category.
Minimums
Minimums run from 12 to 3000 units depending on the item, and the minimum is printed on every product page and enforced at the order step. If you need fewer than the minimum, ask — several items can run smaller at a higher unit price, and we would rather quote that than turn the order away.
