- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Jerseys, shorts and warm-ups start at 12 pieces per style. Socks, caps and supporter tees start at 24. Pinnies start at 20. Foam hands start at 100. Mix quantities across categories in a single order.
- Can we order mixed sizes in one run?
- Yes, and it does not change the price. Youth XS through adult 3XL run together at whatever tier your total quantity reaches. A squad is not one size, and pricing that charges for the spread is pricing no club can use.
- Do you print player names and numbers?
- Yes. Numbers are included on jerseys, shorts and reversible pinnies at no extra charge. Names are a small per-piece addition. Send a roster as a spreadsheet with size, number and name per player and we will proof it back before anything is cut.
- How long does production take?
- Standard production is 15 working days from approved artwork for sublimated kit, 10 for screen-printed and embroidered items. Rush production is available on most items — tell us the fixture or season-start date when you order.
- What's the difference between sublimation, screen print and embroidery?
- Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric, so it cannot crack or peel and costs the same whether the design uses two colours or twenty. Screen print sits on the surface, costs per colour, and suits cotton. Embroidery stitches the design and outlasts both, but loses fine detail below about 15mm. We will tell you which one your artwork wants.
- Will the kit survive a season of washing?
- That is what the specifications are chosen for. Sublimated graphics cannot fade off because they are in the fibre. Socks are knitted from dyed yarn rather than printed. Towels carry a woven hem label rather than a print that would sit on the pile and wear away.
- Can you match our exact club colours?
- Yes, on sublimated and screen-printed items — send Pantone references or a vector file with defined colours. Knitted and jacquard items (socks, scarves) match to the nearest stock yarn, and we will send the yarn reference for approval before production.
- Can we reorder mid-season for a new player?
- Yes. Artwork and roster stay on file, so a single replacement jersey does not mean re-supplying anything. Single-piece reorders are priced at the lowest tier you have already reached that season rather than at the 12-piece rate.
- Do you handle team shop stock as well as playing kit?
- Yes. Supporter tees, caps, scarves and blankets are built for a shop table or an online club store, and can be ordered on a separate schedule from the playing kit.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Purchase orders and Net-30 terms are available for schools, colleges and established club accounts — apply through the quote form.
- Can we see a sample before committing to a full roster?
- Yes. Single samples are available at cost on most items. Most clubs order one jersey and one warm-up four to six weeks before the season to approve fit and colour in person.
- Do you put your own branding on the kit?
- No. Everything ships under your club's identity, with no Sportsmize branding on the products or the packaging.
