Common buyer questions:
- Sublimation or screen print? Sublimation dyes the design into polyester, so it cannot crack or peel, and it prices by print area rather than colour count — a twenty-colour design costs the same as a two-colour one. Screen print sits on the surface and prices per colour, which makes it the cheaper choice for a simple crest on a cotton item. Playing kit is nearly always sublimated.
- Can we run mixed sizes in one order? Yes, at one tier price. Youth XS through adult 3XL run together and the tier is set by your total quantity, not by the size spread.
- Are numbers and names included? Numbers are included on jerseys, shorts and reversible pinnies. Names are a small per-piece addition. Send a roster spreadsheet with size, number and name and we proof it back before anything is cut.
- What happens when a player joins mid-season? Artwork and roster stay on file, so a single replacement is a single-piece order rather than a new setup. It is priced at the lowest tier you already reached that season, not at the 12-piece rate.
- Why are socks knitted rather than printed? A printed sock loses its print in the wash. Stripes and blocks are worked from dyed yarn instead, so the colour is the yarn and there is nothing to come off.
